Gedcom exported from my genealogy to that of a friend

I created a GEDCOM export that I saved on a key in order to import it into Généatique on my friend's PC.
However, I can't import it to her. Could you help me?

Hello,
Has your Gedcom file been created from Généatique or from another application ?
Your Gedcom must be in the 5.5.1 standard not the 7.0.
And the font must be of UTF-8 type.
Could you show us the 15 first lines of the Gedcom file., something like this :
